Breakfast of champions.
2 cups old fashioned oats
1 1/2 cups almond milk
2 ripe bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Granola, honey, other fruits (topping)
- In a saucepan, heat milk, cinnamon and oats over low heat. Cover slightly and cook for 15 minutes, or until tender.
- Mash your bananas. Add the bananas and vanilla into the oatmeal and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Serve oatmeal in bowls. Top with strawberries, granola, and any other fruit your heart desires.
